Shipping policy

Avian Watch Company releases your package to the shipping carrier at the departure point of transit on your behalf and is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs after the package leaves our possession.  The packages are insured for the full purchase amount and, should the package be damaged, lost or stolen, a refund credit will be applied to your account when after money is claimed from the shipping carrier.  No funds will be returned to the customer until the claims process has been completed.
